While I Get It Together:

Two photographs from the educational portion of our trip:

ADULTS AND CHILDREN ALIKE LIKED THE SHARK AQUARIUM, A RATHER SPECIAL PLACE AND QUITE A SPECTACULAR STRUCTURE.

ADULTS AND CHILDREN ALIKE LOVED THE LION KING, A VERY SPECTACULAR LIVE THEATER PRODUCTION.

Artistically speaking, the stage sets and the costuming just blew me away. Magnificent. Definitely fields young artists should consider as possible sources of income doing what we all love to do: create. The show I thought was for kids, held my attention the whole time.

As you can see, my grandson is relaxed in front of the camera; my grand daughter has a year or two to go to lose the take-the-picture-already-smile.

  1. Looks like it was a worthwhile trip enjoyed by all and that's got to be a good thing.

  2. That's a great thing Ann, but you haven't seen the wave pool yet--or the hordes of people--and I can only tell you about the heat of the place.

  3. Hi, Linda,
The photos are really lovely. What an adventure and fun with families! Some adults pretend and say, "Childish." In fact, without being like a child or having a childlike heart, there would be no joy. Look forward to next!

  5. Sadami, I don't know if lovely would be the word I'd use to describe this pix--silly might be more accurate. Silliness and a childlike heart is the stuff of art. It's something all of us art bloggers have in common. It makes us want to play with all the pretty colors and make our marks.

  6. I can't get enough of it Celeste. Family life and pix like these are the photos that make us smile every time we come across them in our albums--remember this? Remember that? And we laugh. They are the farthest from art, but we delight every time we see them and memories of the good times flash through our hearts. Every household should have a few.
