Last Day

Two weeks have flown by. I could stay forever. A routine of waking before sunrise, sitting on the balcony, camera ready to shoot the first rays over the aqua-marine sea, waiting, painting, thanking God for the privilege, is glorious. I've loved every moment. I dread tomorrow's kick/shove home, but walking into my house always fills my heart with a joy as great as our days here. What doesn't is the giant pile of laundry and the thought of tuna fish for lunch day after day after day.

Last night I had a lovely cup of corn chowder. I think I'll make a batch to prolong my beautiful memory. Know when the good times are my friends; know when the good times...

    1. It was my pleasure. Tomorrow will not be a pleasure. I'll probably be moaning and groaning in my next post. Thanks Gus. I'll take some photos of the beautiful ironwork that's around this place. You'd love it.
