Sunday: Drawing, no; Birthday Lunch with Family, Absolutely

No drawing yesterday. I was out to lunch most of the afternoon with my family celebrating my upcoming birthday,(Wednesday). Family chatter is fun; drawing solo is lonely. Doing it for a blog helps.

The baby in this drawing done last year from a photograph is fourteen now. I love my grandson's eyes. He was drenched in sweat and mesmerized by the parade he was watching at Disney World. Drawing babies is difficult. Their mouths and noses haven't finished growing and lack solid structure. This drawing took me more than a day.
